The mattress is the dirtiest piece of furniture onboard, yet we spend on average a third of our lives on it.
While sleeping the average adult will shed about two pounds of skin per year.
We will ´loose´ 260 litres of fluid in the same period, mostly into the mattress.
Not too bad if they´re all your bugs and fluid - but not nice to share!
With the sealed environment of an air conditioned boat the mattress never gets aired or refreshed so bacteria just builds & builds to unacceptable - sometimes dangerous levels.
Indi-Clean use an award winning anti-microbial sanitiser that kills bacteria (including MRSA), viruses (Hep B, HIV), fungi, algae and mildew (approved to EN1276). A powerful, yet safe liquid sanitiser that is pressure sprayed into the mattress, left to do its thing and then sucked out using a mega powerful liquid extraction machine. All work can be done onboard with very little disruption to the vessel surroundings.
